Job Type: Full Time

Summary

Responsible for maintaining vendor relationships for all clients and collaborating with the Digital Media Planners for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will have no less than 2 years of experience in buying digital media. The majority of the media utilized in this department is digital, but other buying knowledge is a plus. This is a full-time, salaried position with full benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the accurate and efficient placement and negotiation of all buys for all clients.
  • Attend all tracking analysis reviews for all clients.
  • Plans are provided by the Digital Media Planners each month and additional direction can be requested.
  • Work with the Digital Media Planner to provide needed information required from the vendors for the planning of the account.
  • Work independently on other duties as assigned by the Media Director.
  • Attend all tracking analysis reviews for all clients.
  • Download with the Digital Media Planner to prepare the planner to speak to all optimizations, plan updates and client media concerns each week. Be the media expert for all vendors.
  • Perform research, identify and contact all potential vendors. Schedule calls/meetings to receive enough initial information to provide a thorough evaluation and recommendation for testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2+ years of similar work experience
  • Analytical thinking, communication, persuasion, negotiation and research abilities are instrumental.

Skills Needed

  • Understanding and proficiency in digital buying
  • Professional Attitude and Demeanor
  • Proficient in Excel and Outlook, required
